Dr. Mark E. Taylor grew up in Georgia and Gastonia.  He went to Ashbrook High School.  He then spent the next ten years pursuing his B.A. in Chemistry, his dental degree (D.D.S.), and his residency in general dental practice (G.P.R.) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He and his wife, Donna, have a daughter, Emma Grey, and a son, Andrew.  Dr. Taylor is an avid salt water fly fisherman.  Over the past several years, Dr. Taylor has taken a great interest in treating patients with sleep apnea and suffer from snoring.   He has become certified by the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine.
